Another Saint Goes Home: Today is 7th April 2025. 7th April 2012 was a HOLY SATURDAY of 2012, and on this day, my dear Dad, Mr Herbert Obiajuruire Oluedo passed on to the Glory. Recall that my dear Mum, Mrs Jessie Chilakpunnwa Oluedo passed on to the Glory of God on HOLY FRIDAY of 2018.
7th April 2012, my lovely Dad, Mr Herbert Obiajuruire Oluedo passed on to the Glory of God Almighty, at the age of 90.
May I humbly, on behalf of his Children, Grand children, Great Grand children, Relations, Inlaws, Friends etc, thank the Almighty God for the beautiful and examplary life he lived. He will forever be in our minds.
Today, we celebrate his life and the love he shared. His memory will forever be cherished. We always remember his favourite jokes, infectious laugh, kind heart, wisdom and extra generosity. We thank him for being supportive, encouraging, loving and caring and a great mentor. He taught us so much about expressing love and forgiveness. He was an inspiration, role model and friend. May his soul continue to rest in peace in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
