As an Elder, may I humbly advise EXCO Members (excluding HEs, SSG, COS & HOS) to:
- Imbibe the Rule of Law and High Ethical Standards in their PLAN- PROCESS-PRODUCT TASKS.
- a) Know Where his Sector is, presently with respect to HE’S MANIFESTO and his Sector’s Mandate
b) Where he ought to take his Sector to in 8years,
c) How to take it there,
d) How to know he is there; - Appreciate that: Improved Performance = Improved Environment, Motivation and Ability (knowledge, Attitude, Skill).
Finally, EXCO Members need Efficient Communication Skills to strengthen their:
Emotional, Intelligent, Social and Adversity Quotients.
